We offer standard shipping in 3 to 5 days to UK mainland free for most goods and express next day delivery for only £10.59.
Our aim is to deliver all goods ordered with standard delivery to U.K mainland in 3-5 working days and all other addresses within 10 working days of confirming the order (unless otherwise stated), however sometimes delays do happen and can take up to 14 days. The majority of order are fulfilled by Amazon or a fulfillment centre to ensure the best packaging and delivery for a fast and hassle free delivery.
All goods ordered with express delivery should arrive within 1-2 working days of confirming the order, however sometimes delays do happen and can take up to 14 days, Please not next day means next working day from when the order is dispatched and not the next day from when the order is placed.

Our orders are sent by courier or Royal Mail – most shipments require a signature, so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery. All parcels must be opened by the addressee only.

We do everything possible make sure your goods are delivered on time but cannot be held liable for any late deliveries, as we are relying on a 3rd party company.

Should your order be delayed please also contact us and we will do our best to ensure it reaches you. We do not promise this will be refunded due to the delay however you have the right to send it back as above in the returns policy.
